Prior to joining as an associated partner of GrowthPhases ®, Ms. McMahon was a partner for over 18 years at Mercer Management Consulting and its predecessor firm Strategic Planning Associates. Before that she was responsible for existing and new product management at General Mills, Inc., and was Manager of New Products and Corporate Development at the William Wrigley, Jr. Company. In these positions, she launched new products now representing more than $500 million in annual sales.

Ms. McMahon has a Bachelor’s degree (with honors) in Economics from Northwestern University and a Master’s degree in Business Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She is a member of Who’s Who in American Women and Who’s Who in the World.
