Diane D. Reynolds

DIANE D. REYNOLDS is General Counsel for Ecommerce, LLC and Of Counsel at Taft Stettinius & Hollister, LLP where she was a Partner from 2004-2009. Ms. Reynolds, who has 29 years of legal and business experience, served from 2001-2011 as a member of the Board of Directors for Diamond Hill Investment Group and as General Counsel for Estate Information Services, which created and developed a niche debt recovery sector. Prior to joining Taft Stettinius & Hollister, Ms. Reynolds was a Partner at Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff co-managing the Corporate Department in the Columbus, Ohio office. She also served as counsel for two Fortune 500 companies: Borden, Inc., a consumer and industrial products conglomerate, and Bank One, NA where she was collectively involved in acquisition/divestiture transactions and debt and equity offerings exceeding $2 billion and created and headed the default and work-out administration for an international corporate trustee program. Ms. Reynolds is a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Sections of the Columbus Bar Association. She is a frequent lecturer on business law. Ms. Reynolds received her MBA from The University of Chicago, her JD from Capital University Law School and her BA from The Ohio State University.
