Terry O’Neal is currently serving on the Board of Directors at Power Distribution Inc. (PDI), AST Global Corporation (AST), and Casa Pacifica (non-profit). PDI is an electrical equipment manufacturer that serves the data center and alternative energy markets and is held by the private equity firm, Bertram Capital. AST is a privately held company based in Barcelona that builds information technology storage structures and products. Casa Pacifica helps neglected or abused children with residential treatment, emergency shelter care, psychiatric care, and family support.

Mr. O’Neal was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Abrisa Industrial Glass, Inc. based in Santa Paula, CA. Abrisa manufactures specialty glass products for the lighting, military, industrial and commercial equipment, optical, and medical markets. Abrisa is the specialty glass platform company held by the private equity firm, Graham Partners.

Mr. O’Neal joined Abrisa after an extensive career within Schneider Electric which spanned 19 years. He held numerous senior management and executive roles around the globe. Most recently, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Kavlico Corporation and led the company to record sales and profitability. Prior to Kavlico, he was President of EFI Electronics Corporation where the company enjoyed impressive revenue growth through global expansion and achieved record profitability through Lean Manufacturing and innovative supply chain management. O’Neal’s broad knowledge is a result of his cross-functional leadership experience that included six years abroad in Singapore and France.

Mr. O’Neal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University. He is also a certified lean manufacturing trainer and has participated in numerous kaizen events. He has been a guest lecturer at Duke University on international operations and has been a guest speaker and panelist on the topic of “Strategy Execution” at the Lean Six Sigma conferences in Las Vegas and Miami.
