Jingli is an experienced global M&A executive who has helped with state owned and private Chinese companies in acquiring European and North American companies. This included the acquisition of one of the biggest global players in a manufacturing sector. He has also worked with Western companies for their M&A activities in the Chinese market.

Jingli’s consulting expertise include Corporate Strategy, Globalization Strategy, M & A, Marketing & Sales, Operation Improvement, Corporate Finance, IT, Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management.

Jingli has extensive experience in M & A strategy, valuation, negotiation, deal structure and implementation, cross culture post-merger integration as well as the capability of working effectively with the legal and financial experts in the M & A team.

Jingli has served as the Chief Strategist of Wuhan Iron & Steel Corporation (WISCO Group), and Deputy Manager of Engineering and Technology Group of WISCO, mainly responsible for the Corporate Strategy and Business Development, overseas development projects, domestic development and investment projects as well as the M&A projects. Previously, he was the director of business development and finance of DPD China, a subsidiary of La Poste, where he led strategy, international business development, M&A and financial management & control.

Jingli has served as the General Manager of Corporate Value Associates (CVA) Shanghai office. Previously he was a consultant, senior consultant and manager of CVA, working with various consulting projects in China, Asia, Europe and America. He is a professional with consulting and management experiences serving leading Chinese enterprises, private companies and multinational companies.

Jingli holds a PhD degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge in UK with a full scholarship, a MBA (with honors) from the University of Chicago in the US and a Master degree in Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China.
