Terry is the former CEO/President of four companies: Osram Lightning Solutions Asia Pacific & Traxon Technologies Ltd., EFI Electronics, Kavlico Corporation, and Abrisa Holdings. The companies under Terry’s leadership have ranged from $30M to $200M in revenue with 100 to 1,600 employees respectively.

 

Terry had an extensive career spanning 19 years within Schneider Electric, holding numerous senior management and executive roles around the globe in sales, marketing, manufacturing, business development, and mergers and acquisitions.

 

Terry is an experienced global executive successful at transforming small and medium sized public and private equity backed companies through cost management, sales focus, cash and working capital management, price and margin improvement, and executive team building. Terry is a results-oriented executive who excels in achieving sustained business growth through lean/6 sigma, accelerating product development, acquisitions, international expansion, and instilling a performance management company culture.

Terry is  former Board Director at AST Modular (AST), a privately held company based in Barcelona that builds information technology storage structures and products. Terry was also a Board member and advisor of Power Distribution Inc. (PDI),  an electrical equipment manufacturer that serves the data center and alternative energy markets.

Mr. O’Neal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.  He is also a certified lean manufacturing trainer and has participated in numerous kaizen events. He has been a guest lecturer at Duke University on international operations and has been a guest speaker and panelist on the topic of “Strategy Execution” at the Lean Six Sigma conferences in Las Vegas and Miami.
