Mike is the original founder of Growthphases, LLC and is currently CEO of Opus Arbiter focused chemicals, agribusiness, biotech & pharmaceuticals, service businesses including finance & legal, electricity, industrial automation.

He is an experienced global executive successful at developing and executing aggressive growth strategies at large and medium sized public and private equity backed companies as well as start ups. 

Mike has held various general management, corporate development & strategy and risk management roles at Schneider Electric North America, Minerals Technologies, Inc., Monsanto Company, M.A. Hanna Company (now PolyOne), MECS, Inc. (now E.I. du Pont de Nemours) and Eastman Chemical Company. After founding GrowthPhases first as a sole proprietorship then as a limited liability company in 2000 he has also held various interim management assignments under W-2 and 1099 contracts including Sumitomo Corporation of America, AmericasDoctor.com and Zumur, LLC. 

Mr. Harley holds a Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Furman University. Mr. Harley received the Monbusho Fellowship and served as a Kenkyusei at Tohoku University in Sendai, Japan.

Leandro is the CEO of Lean Development Structure (“LDS”) and has 30+ years of experience with large Aerospace groups where he held several top management or advisory positions. 

He lectures around the world at the Toulouse Business School in France, where he is an affiliated professor, and at HEC Montreal, the University of Maryland, the Skolkovo School of Management, and in China where he led several conferences in Beijing and Xi’An. His subjects are Organizations, Business Transformation, Business Development in Emerging Markets, Large Program Management, Supply-Chain and Customer Centricity. 

Leandro has also been developing business education concepts in emerging markets and in North America, and business development cross-border opportunities between France and the US in various industrial sectors. 

Leandro holds a PhD in Physics from Grenoble University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago-Booth School of Business. He also attended degree and non-degree courses at the Universities of Stanford, Harvard and Cambridge.
