POST-ACQUISITION
The GrowthPhases value creation process will be utilized to create a focused plan. In alignment with management, we will focus on the 1 or 2 best initiatives that create the greatest enterprise value. Some typical areas of focus will be:
- Finance & Control – as a baseline, we ensure the financial reporting is “spot-less” and meets all accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS) and are audited by reputable accounting firms. Next, we implement a performance management system to track the Company’s progress.
- Sales – increase sales (share) to existing customers, expand sales, expand services, expand geographies
- Operations – Implement lean manufacturing, reduce waste, reduce non-quality costs, improve working capital, alleviate bottlenecks, improve supply chain operations
- R&D – increase innovation, create new products/expand portfolio, increase product release speed
